This is so fun and creative. I had to change a lot, but I used the basic base recipe, and it was really nice. A little too sweet, so I offset it with red chilli flakes because I like a little spice. Unfortunately, my fresh basil went off, so I wasn't able to use it.
I'm not a vegan by the way. Not even a vegetarian. I think this would be good at breakfast time
