- 4 cups spinach (washed)
- 4 stalks celery (cut into 2-3 inch pieces just so they fit in the blender)
- 2 inches ginger root (piece, skin on if organic)
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 green apple (small, cored and roughly chopped)
- 1 pear (small, cored and roughly chopped)
- 1 banana (small, peeled)
- 1 handful mint leaves (optional)
- 1/2 bunch kale (washed)
- 1/2 cucumber (cut into quarters)
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 inches juice
- 1/3 bunch parsley (washed)
- 6 stalks mint (with the leaves)
- 1 green apple (small, cut into quarters, leave the core)
- 1 jalapeno (small, cut top off, optional or just add half if you do not like spicy)
