These were really yummy. I used bread flour because it has more gluten in it than all purpose flour. This recipe is labor intensive but worth it. I spread a thin layer of butter after the 2nd roll and it added a little buttery flavor. Be patient when grilling them, the extra time it takes to brown them is worth it. The dipping sauce is wonderful and applicable to so many other dishes so it’s going on my list of special sauces. Bon appetite
