  • 1/3 cup sour cream (or crême fraiche, plain Greek yogurt works well too)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups green onions (finely chopped, or scallions [sorry, I had this amount wrong previously! Though you can have a bit more or less green onions and it won’t make a huge difference ^_^;])
