Love it! My sister-in-law made it and we demoslished it, so we decided to give it a try. The key is quality olives with a good brine, don’t get those low budget olives. Store olive bars have the best. Try different ones also, like stuffed garlic of jalapeño, just adjust seasonings for that
We eat it with vegetables, crackers and sometimes chips. It pairs well with almost anything. The longer you let it chill in the frig, the better it gets. I say make it 24 hours in advance. I will be making this again!
