- 15 oz. chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 cups baby spinach (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (optional)

This is lovely! I wasn't sure about cooking the vegetables but it's absolutely delicious. I love the lemony flavor throughout
