Was delicious just as the recipe is. No need to change or fluff up. This is an exquisite app for get together. Yummy! Was a hit and now one of my go to's

It wasn't quite as flavourful as I was hoping for. I'd make it again, but instead of tomatillo, which is tart and crisp, I'd just use a green tomato. And instead of mozzarella, I'd use white cheddar or fontina.
