- 1 clove garlic (pressed or diced)
- 2 cups bread crumbs (whole wheat, homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour (or oat flour)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (or other fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley)
- 2 cups cooked quinoa (brown rice, farro, buckwheat)
