This dip is bursting with flavor! It’s so vibrantly fresh with the lemon and herbs, tangy from the Greek yogurt (my preference over the mayo), and the avocado base makes it extra creamy and tasty. I’ve come back to this recipe many times over the years and it’s always a crowd pleaser. Perfect for summer months!
