  • 1 tablespoon lemongrass (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon krachai (aka Thai Ginseng, minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds (roasted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds (roasted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1/2 t if you would like to store the paste longer)
