- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 5 cloves garlic (crushed/diced)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- green chili peppers (optional, if you like it hot. I used 4, diced)
- 3 kaffir lime leaves (pull out the big middle stem then finely mince the leaves, optional)
- 10 inches lemongrass (optional)
- 1 liter chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. green curry paste
- 2 heads broccoli (medium, chopped - include stems)
- 4 tsp. fish sauce (optional)
- 3 tsp. lemon juice (to taste)
- 400 mL coconut milk
- salt (to taste)
- whip cream (optional dollop of coconut, looks pretty and adds extra creaminess)
