- 1 red bell pepper (minced)

- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
