My family loved it - every one of them which is rare! However to add some extra nutritional value, I added spinach. I may also add black beans next time and there will be a next time!

it was even better than i expected it to be. I added a layer of refried beans to the bottom because, why not?

Delicious and easy! Sort of did more of a layering thing with the tortillas, and only used 10 tortillas.

Everyone enjoyed it I did not modify it I might use it again however I have another recipe that we prefer

We liked it, but I made a few modifications. I cooked 2 chicken breasts in the enchilada sauce and shredded it, then dumped it all in with everything else. Also used flour tortillas instead of corn.

Great! Added extra soup and sour cream to make it saucier. We'd definitely make this again. I used a can of green chili sauce, it worked well and provided a bit of a kick.
