Description

- 1 lb. green beans
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- cracked pepper (fresh)

Directions
- Place clean, trimmed green beans in a saucepan and cover with 1 c water.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat {about 5 minutes}.
- Pour green beans over a strainer filled with ice.
- Meanwhile, melt butter and sauté shallot. Return green beans to the pan, toss and serve.
