- 1 cucumber (depending on size, around 2+ cups' worth)
- 5 spring onions (aka green onions, scallions, salad onions)
- 1 head broccoli (depending on size, around 2+ cups' worth)
- 150 grams green beans
- 1 pomegranate (or approximately 1 cup arils if using pre-peeled)
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini (optional, but adds a nice creaminess)
- salt
