A good, fresher take on green bean casserole. I recognized it was going to make a lot, but I hade no idea how much. You may want to make half for a smaller crowd. I subed bread crumbs on top because I just wanted athe texture and am glad I did. I think I want it creamier, so may add more mascarpone next time.
