- 2 onions (small, cut into small slices, for frying – OR, you could buy some fried onions)
- 1 can condensed cream (mushroon soup)
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- pepper (to taste)
- 8 slices bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- flour (a couple of cups or so)
- 3 Tbsp. Creole seasoning (Tony Chachere’s, leave this out if you don’t like the little kick it will give your food)
