WHY DOES THIS TASTE LIKE A SLIGHTLY TART KEY LIME PIE I LOVE IT! (maybe it is because I put vanilla keffer instead of plane yogurt...

It was a bit strange at first, because I've never had anything like it. The more I drank it, the more I liked it. It was really easy to make. My 7 year old didn't like it so much. But it was just for me anyway.

I've made this smoothie a few times now and I've found that it tastes better with less lemon juice. I usually like lemon juice but this was just too much for me. Try it and see what works best for you!
