Absolutely delicious I would make this again. it calls for “Greek Seasoning”, and the one I used is Cavenders. It’s very salty, so it might be fun to try another Greek Seasoning.

Great ! Less fat drippings then on the barbecue . Stored the flavor by adding lemon
