The pasta needs to be drained then rinsed with cold water otherwise it will continue cooking in the colander and turn into mush which is what happened to me. Yuk. Pasta needs to be al dente.

This was tasty. Didn't have orzo so used gf macaroni. I'd left the feta a tad too long so sprinkled some parmesan shreds over instead. Made enough for lunch today and I'll make it again.
