Excellent!
On my 3rd time making this recipe. Nothing About this recipe my husband normally eats. I cut the recipe in half and sprayed parchment paper with olive oil. I’m in satiation heaven. So good.

Amazing! A few notes though: the recipe suggests tablespoon sized fritters, which are tiny, so instead of getting 26 patties, I got 12 normal sized pieces. As they were larger, I suspect the bake time should have been changed, as they were no where near golden brown as shown in the picture. A few minutes on the top rack with the broiler did the trick however (after the 15min on each side as called for)
We served this with a side of pita/flatbread with tzatziki (warmed the pita triangles in the oven while broiling, then painted some with a butter/olive oil/thyme/rosemary/garlic powder glaze. Also very yummy. Definitely making again.
