- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 strawberries (Medium, washed and sliced)
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. erythritol (Powdered, optional for sweetness)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest (optional but yum, right?)
- 6 Tbsp. plain greek yogurt (2% or Nonfat)
- 2 tsp. erythritol (Powdered, or can substitute sweetener of choice)
