- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 packet dressing (ranch buttermilk, mix, unprepared, just the dry powder)
- 12 dill pickles (sliced)
- oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (store bought OR see my favorite homemade cajun seasoning below)
- 1/3 cup buttermilk (or ⅓ cup milk + ½ teaspoon vinegar. Mix together and let stand 5 minutes before using)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (I used 0% fat)
- 1/2 cup mayo (reduced fat, or leave out the mayo and use 1 cup of greek yogurt)
- 1 tsp. dried chives
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt (each, and pepper, or to taste)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt (OR ½ teaspoon onion powder + ¼ teaspoon salt)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
