Turns out well. I’ve made this recipe several times now. Holds and retains its moisture pretty well. I added cinnamon once and it added nicely to the flavor. However, there have been a couple of times that I needed to put it back in the oven, at the end of the 45 minutes to finish baking. There have been a couple of times when it was still wet in the middle at the end of 45 minutes.

Amazing! Very moist for a non fat banana bread. Will add cinammon next time to cover the taste of baking soda

Very moist and delicious! I substituted the flour for gluten-free all purpose flour and it turned out amazing!

My husband loved it!!!! So did I :) Still moist for no butter or oil. I enjoy the tartness of greek yoghurt in recipes so I will definitely make this again as my husband is asking for it.

Great, I left out the brown sugar and I wish I hadn’t. It was a the right texture and I ended up dipping the bread in syrup while eating it. The bread tasted great this way and I’ll definitely make this again!

Really yummy. The Greek yogurt made it really good. I didn't put any maple syrup in.
