We loved this! Tasty and refreshing. This will be one of our new weekly meals.

Excellent meal. Definitely saving this recipe. I didn't use the 2T of olive oil when cooking the meatballs. I sprayed a nonstick pan with a light layer of olive oil cooking spray.
