- 1/2 English cucumber (grated and drained*)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (minced)
- 1 pinch kosher salt (and cracked pepper)
- 1/2 English cucumber (diced)
- 2 Roma tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 red onion (diced)
- 12 Kalamata olives (diced)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese (I used reduced fat)
- 4 turkey burgers (Jennie-O , I used All White)
- 2 tsp. Cavenders Greek Seasoning
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce (store bought or homemade, recipe follows)
- 4 hamburger buns (I used 80 calorie whole wheat buns)
