- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives (whole or sliced)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (I use reduced fat)
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves (packed, finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)

Good recipe true Greek salad. Next time we will omit the sugar in the dressing though.
