Loved it! I accidentally bought puff pastry instead of phyllo, but that wasn't a problem. I'll be making this often. I like keeping portions in the freezer for a quick meal.

This was pretty good. I made a couple changes but for the most part I followed the recipe. Here is what I did different.
First, I used 4 bricks of spinach which was a bit more than the recipe called for. I used frozen, and I squeezed all the liquid out which really shortened the sauté time. I probably sautéed everything for about 10 minutes total, not the 20 that the recipe calls for. I also omitted the onion and added 3T of garlic and a little bit of nutmeg. The recipe calls for no salt, which is crazy. I salted the leeks garlic and scallions, and I salted the mixture when I tossed the mix with feta and egg ( I threw some Parmesan in as well). *some cream would be nice here as well. I didn’t add any but in retrospect it would have been good. * I have a convection oven which shortened the cook time to about 30 minutes. All in all this was very tasty, but if I made it again I’d try to make the spinach a little creamier. Don’t sleep on this recipe, it’s good!

Delicious. I did add garlic and Parmesan. Forgot to squeeze out juice but most disappeared during frying. Actually ended up nice and moist. Have made it twice in 2 weeks.

this recipe is sooo cheesie ,like eating a container of feta cheese .It needs something else in the ingredients to take the strong cheese taste as it's too much by it's self ,for the time it took to make this ...the final product was not worth the effort 👎🏻
