- 3 bayleaves (dried, or 5 fresh)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (2 - 3 lemons, plus more to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups white wine (or sub with chicken broth/stock, low salt)
- 2 cups chicken broth (liquid chicken stock)

10-11-21, Made for thanksgiving, marinated for 2 days with chatelaine recipe for herb crusted lamb. Absolutely delicious

Fabulously delicious... loved by the whole family. Served with crispy roasted potato, peas and cauliflower with cheese sauce. Yum!
