- 1 red pepper (cut into chunks)

- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika (or paprika)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano
- 2 cloves garlic (minced or grated)

- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup pitted green olives
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 1 pepperoncini (diced, optional)

It was good. The sauce was kind of strong for my taste, but mixed very well with the salmon and the ingredients on the pita. I did not add the olives and still it was very flavorful.
