I guess most people don't really need a recipe for the Greek salad itself, only for the dressing. It's a very nice dressing, quick and easy and doesn't need any strange ingredients. It has a beautiful flavour that compliments other Mediterranean style dishes, especially grilled meats and fish. Try it, you're sure to like it!
