- 1 clove garlic (Minced)
- 6 whole Kalamata olives (extra, Chopped Fine)

Very good! I did add yellow bell pepper and sliced pepperoncini peppers because that’s what I’m familiar w/ in Greek salad.
This is a good recipe!

It was delicious. I thought it wouldn't be enough dressing but it was plenty. I doubled the recipe for my large family and everyone loved it. I will definitely make again.

This is a favorite in my house. I make it for my daughter for school lunch almost everyday as a har salad. Totally fantastic salad!
