We thoroughly enjoyed these potatoes with a few minor changes to accommodate personal preferences. They cooked very nicely and we had no leftovers. (To my disappointment; Leftovers make my lunches.)

Fantastic recipe! I baked the potatoes at 200 Celsius Fan oven for 60 minutes. I did not turned the potatoes half way through cooking and spray misted them with a light layer of olive oil!! They baked perfect and lovely and golden brown!! 😁 a simply lovely recipe and true to Greek taste!! I make these now every Sunday with classic Greek style roast chicken. Simply splendid
