OMG these were so delicious! FULL OF FLAVOR. Amazing. About halfway through I dusted with a little pink salt and put them back in and it gave it a little crunch! I also didn’t have time to turn it down to 300 like the recipe suggests, so I just kept it at 400 for about 35-40 min. I also made a Mediterranean couscous and it paired perfectly. Will definitely use this recipe for when we have company! Crowd pleaser 🙌🏼

This recipe is wonderful! The prep took awhile, but it was worth it. I followed all of the steps with the exception of i only used half the lemon juice. I marinated the ribs for 6 hours. I will make them again. :-)

Loved the flavors. We pressure cooked the ribs for 20 min before finishing on the grill. Very tender. I found the grill to dry out the meat so next time we will grill the finish for even less time.

I have made this twice. The first time was exactly per the instructions. very flavourful, but a little greasy. the second time the only change I made was to elevate the ribs on a cooling rack. They cooked a little faster, and without the fat were a little less tasty.

A wonderful recipe and not sweet like the run of the mill BBQ ribs. These are full of flavour and very tender!

The flavour was great. Next time I will place ribs on a rack on the cookie sheet as they laid in their own fat making them quite greasy. I will make them again. Thanks

Marinated these little beauties night before and the flavor was there! I just overcooked mine in the oven a little but will make again but keep a closer eye on them. Yum! I am a sauce person, but these were so flavorful I didn't need a sauce!

I did this with a pork loin and it turned out fantastic! We like lemon, so I used a bit more to get a little pucker power.
