- 1 cucumber (medium, peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup fresh dill (chopped, If you don't have fresh, this freeze-dried mix works much better than dried)
