- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half and sliced in to 1 inch thick strips)
- 1 sweet onion (medium, halved and then quartered, sliced in to strips small amount of olive oil)
- 1 Tbsp. Greek seasoning (we use McCormick Blend)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pkg. pocket bread (whole wheat pita)
- 6 leaves romaine lettuce (torn)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced in half, can also substitute black olives)
- 1/2 cup low-fat feta cheese
