- 1 pkg. orzo (or acini de pepe pasta, cooked and drained, I prefer orzo)
- 1 red bell pepper (baby, diced small)
- 2 orange bell peppers (baby, diced small)
- 2 yellow bell peppers (baby, diced small)
- 2 Orange (or regular sized in red, yellow)
- 1 sweet onion (or red, diced small)
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 seeds
- 4 stalks celery (diced small)
- 1 crumbled feta cheese (pack, or buy the block and crumble it with your hands)
- 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (or if you are super lucky and have Brianna's Blush wine Vinaigrette around use that!)
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (quality)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional if you like garlic)
- salt
- pepper
