- 1 cup coarse semolina (OR farina, Cream of Wheat, or this Creamy Wheat Cereal)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil (Private Reserve)
- almonds (Handful shaved, for topping, optional)
- 1 1/4 cups salted pistachios (shelled)
- 1 1/4 cups runny honey (quality)
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
