Turned out great and very healthy. I doubled everything because I thought one pound of beef wouldn't be enough, but it is. I now have meatloaf for the rest of the week. Rated it four because it wasn't amazing, but everyone liked it. Will put a tomato sauce on the remainder instead of the Taziki sauce.
