Very tasty! I too, added some lemon zest for a bit more lemon kick. Followed the recipe, but as I was nearing the end of cooking, it was looking extremely thick. Decided to add a couple more cups of chicken stock....perfecto!! Will definitely make again!!

Delicious!! I substituted barley for the orzo which required longer cooking time and added mushrooms with the barley. Will definitely make again

Was easy. The lemon is very good. It won’t look exactly like picture in my experience. This picture makes it look cheesy. Great if you’re looking for something healthy too.

This soup was good. I added lemon zest which helped intensify the flavor. I’d like it to be thicker & creamier so I’ll have to play around with it next time.

I was a little worried that it was too simple to make but this soup is so good. My picky kids even ate every last bit in their bowls. I will definitely be making this one again.
