- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh marjoram (or 1/2 teaspoon dried, roughly chopped, oregano will also work)
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 small onion (roughly chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 4 oz. bacon (sliced pasture-raised, uncooked, cut into 1-inch pieces)
- salad greens
- cooked rice (cooked cauliflower , brown or white rice, quinoa or other grain grape or cherry tomatoes, halved)
- red onion (thinly sliced)
- feta cheese (high quality sheep’s ,crumbled or cubed)
- Kalamata olives (pitted)
- lemon wedges
- fresh dill
- 2 cups greek yogurt (full fat, you can also use non-dairy yogurt)
- 1 cup cucumber (peeled, seeds removed and finely diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill (roughly chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar

- black pepper (to taste)
