- 3 allspice (kernels)

- 2 cups tomatoes (pureed)
- 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (start with 4 and adjust according to taste)
- 1/2 bunch parsley (chopped)
- 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed, about 240 grams)
