- 1 roasted red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup artichoke hearts (roasted, drained)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1/2 cup olives (mixed)
- balsamic vinegar (optional)

- fresh basil (optional)
- 1/4 cup tahini paste (sesame)
- 2 cloves garlic (use roasted garlic if you have it!!*)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (or grated parmesan)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 jalapeno (seeded)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (depending on your taste, omit if vegan)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup sun flower seeds (shelled)
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 zucchinis (sliced into 1/4-inch rounds)
- 1/3 cup coconut milk (canned, or 1 egg + 1/4 cup buttermilk)
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs (use gluten free if needed)
- 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast (or finely grated parmesan cheese)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (+ pepper)
- 8 oz. halloumi cheese (sliced, omit if vegan)
