    Very tasty and easy. Used 1 1/2 medium red and doubled the peppers because I had lots of thin walled peppers from my garden (Flavor Burst, Jimmy Nardellos, and Carmen Italian Frying Peppers). Doubled the seasoning and used butter instead of Country Crock (I don’t use hydrogelized oil), and sprayed the file on the pan with Canula oil to keep the extra peppers and onions from sticking. Sprinkled a little more oregano over the top, along with Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Will make it again as this is a keeper.

    This was really good! My family and I really enjoyed it! I used white rice as a side... Totally recommend this!

    It doesn't seem Greek to me really, but I put it in a roaster and it was pretty good. Took longer to bake though. Lemons definitely made the meal with the juice, yummy!!
