I love No Sugar Added apple butter. For years I was buying a No Sugar Added apple butter from the supermarket. Unfortunately they stopped carrying the brand. I started looking for a sugar free or No Sugar Added apple butter recipe. I knew that when the search was over I wanted the perfect recipe for me. This is the recipe that I developed and have been using since I started to make my own apple butter.

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions
- Peel, Core and thinly slice the apples
- In a crock pot set to high, place apples and vinegar cover and cook covered overnight(approximately 8 hours).
