  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey (warmed)
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • yogurt
  • milk
  • passionfruit

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an oven tray with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine oats, cranberries, hazelnuts, coconut, sesame seeds and cinnamon. Add honey and oil. Mix well.
    2. Spread over tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crunchy and golden. Serve with milk, yoghurt and passionfruit.
