- 1 cup prepared granola
- 2/3 cup Pillsbury BEST All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Jif Peanut Powder
- 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions
- COMBINE granola, flour, peanut powder, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Whisk in milk and vanilla just until combined. Let stand 2 minutes.
- COAT griddle or large skillet with no-stick cooking spray. Heat to 350°F or medium heat.
- POUR 1/4 cup batter onto griddle. Cook 2 to 4 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
