- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. nonfat milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1 cup granola (Bob’s Red Mill, I used the Honey Oat. Their Classic Granola is great in this recipe too.)
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (or other dried fruit of choice: raisins or golden raisins, chopped dried cherries, chopped dried apricots)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (choice: pecans - almonds, or walnuts, I used pecans)
