  • 1 cup old fashioned oats (or you can use quick oats-- I just figured since I was blending them it wouldn't matter)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup flax seed
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (the other recipes call for mini chocolate chips, but I used regular and thought they turned out fine)

    Super easy, and easily adapted. I used orange-infused honey, 1/4 tsp of pure orange extract and Craisins. Huge hit at our after-workout party.

    Loved this recipe! I made some changes by adding raisins and leaving out the coconut. I also only put in about half of the chocolate chips. Also used instead of the oats a toasted oats blend that I found in the store that has dried blueberries, pumpkin seeds, almonds and dried cranberries. Delicious!!Thank you.
