  • 8 New York (top loin) pork chops (2 1/2 pounds)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 29 ounces cream of chicken soup

    Directions

    1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    2. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. Mix well.
    3. Dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture and place them in the hot skillet.

    Very yummy! I made a few adjustments. I wanted to use what I had in the kitchen. I mixed together 1 10.5 oz can of Cream of Chicken soup, 2 10.5 oz cans of Cream of Mushroom and a packet of Onion soup mix. The gravy was so good!!! I served it with Wild Rice, green beans and corn muffins. Probably the easiest, tastiest meal I've made in a long time.
